Order Processing and Shipment
· All in-stock items are shipped within three business days from date of purchase.
· Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for the US is USPS. Standard delivery times are as follows:
o Continental U.S. addresses: 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.
o Alaska and Hawaii address: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment
o Canada: 4-5 business days from the date of shipment
· Other International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 4-5 days but can take up to 7-10 days depending on location.
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. OMG gladly authorizes returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased at www.omgaccessories.com that shipped to a continental U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. All handbag & accessories must have original tags attached.
Shipping is non-refundable. You may either create your own label or contact customer service to request a label to be emailed to you. Please note, OMG Accessories does not cover the cost of returns.
● Continental 48 States: $7.00 will be deducted from your return if you use our label.
● Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: $25.00 will be deducted from your return if you use our label.
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for a return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit at our sole discretion.

OMG Accessories is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of purchase and tracking number for the shipping carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance and sale items may not be returned or exchanged. All purchases are final on clearance & sale items.
OMG Accessories is unable to accept returns on items bought from retail partners. Please handle all issues with the retail partners directly.
Return Process with a Requested Label
If you do not need a prepaid return label, please contact customer service.
1. Pack the item(s) to be returned and the original packing slip in a shipping box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
2. Write the order number on the outside of the box.
3. Once your package arrives it takes about 7-10 business days to process. A $7.00 fee will be charged for the use of the return label.
4. Drop your package off at a UPS location. No need to wait in line, your package has a prepaid label. Find a USP drop-off location here.
5. We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.
Return Process without a Prepaid Label
1. Pack the item(s) to be returned and the original packing slip in a shipping box and affix your own shipping label. Ship to:

4. We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.
Due to high demand of our products, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item please contact customer service within three business days of receiving the package at email@example.com and include photos in order to resolve the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING is not included in the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. Customers electing to return their purchase for a credit will be required to return the product at their own expense.
Items Purchased During Buy One, Get One % Off Promotion
Items purchased during a Buy One, Get One % Off (BOGO) promotion may not qualify for the promotion any longer if only one item is returned. When only the higher price item is returned, the customer is responsible for the total retail cost of the discounted item, prior to the applied discount. The deduction from the return item will be listed on the receipt as "Return Handling Fee".
