SHIPPING POLICY
To be sure your package is delivered and received on time, your address must be correctly entered with all relevant and required information. Please be sure that all street numbers, apartment/building numbers, routes, and abbreviations are correct as this may cause delivery exceptions. OMG Accessories is not liable for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at checkout was entered incorrectly. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, and you would like your order reshipped, additional fees will apply based on the shipping location.

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 business hours. Due to high demand of some of our new product, processing may take up to 5 business days. *
Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force base.
Carry-On Luggages are not are not eligible for the Free Shipping Promotion and require a few extra days for shipping and handling.*
Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted and is only valid after any discount/promo code.
There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military bases.

The cost for shipping is $9.95 for orders under $74.99. Free shipping is offered for orders over $75.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We will send you a shipping conformation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the carrier tracking number.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Our goal is to delivery your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know which items in your order have shipped.
RETURN POLICY
OMG Accessories gladly authorizes returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased at www.omgaccessories.com that shipped to a continental U.S. address for a full refund within 21 days of original purchase date.
Clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
International Orders are not eligible to be returned, exchanged or replaced.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear back in to your account once processed.
Shipping is non-refundable. You may either create your own label or contact weborders@omghandbag.com to request a return label to be emailed to you.
Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of receiving a confirmation and/or return label from OMG Accessories. If items are post-marked after 14 days, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Please note, OMG Accessories does not cover the cost of returns.
CONTINENTAL US (48 STATES)
$10.00 will be deducted from your return if you use our label.$25.00 will be deducted for large travel items if you use our label.

Rates may vary and will be deducted from your return if you use our label.
Please contact us directly at weborders@omghandbag.com to make arrangements for a return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit at our sole discretion.

- Fill out Return form that is provided within your shipment
- You will receive a confirmation email once your package is received and a refund has been processed.

**OMG Accessories is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of purchase and tracking number for the shipping carrier.**
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, our system is designed to process your order as quickly as possible and changes or modifications cannot be made to orders once they have been placed. If you would like to cancel your entire order, please email weborders@omghandbag.com within 15 minutes of the order time. If a change needs to be made, please place a new order with the correct item(s) and then email weborders@omghandbag.com within 15 minutes to request that your original order be canceled. Past the 15 minute grace period, we are unable to guarantee the cancellation of your order.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item please contact customer service within three business days of receiving the package at weborders@omghandbag.com and include photos in order to resolve the issue.
Promotions
Promotional codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined.
Items Purchased During Buy One, Get One % Off Promotion
Items purchased during a Buy One, Get One % Off (BOGO) promotion may not qualify for the promotion any longer if only one item is returned. When only the higher price item is returned, the customer is responsible for the total retail cost of the discounted item, prior to the applied discount. The deduction from the return item will be listed on the receipt as "Return Handling Fee".
Exchange Process
Due to high demand of our products, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.
