OMG! ACCESSORIES SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Order Processing and Shipment
- All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for the U.S and Canada is FedEx. Standard delivery times are as follows:
- Continental U.S. addresses: 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.
- Alaska and Hawaii address: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment
- Canada: 4-5 business days from the date of shipment
- Other International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 4-5 days, but can take up to 7-10 days depending on location.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales final. No returns or exchanges.
- If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), OMG! will accept returns only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once OMG! confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue an exchange for the exact color and style of the original product (b) we will refund your account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
Return Procedures – Damaged Product Only
- All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All products must be returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at email@example.com. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling the returned Product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
